單衝(chōng)壓片(piàn)機技術參(cān)數：

壓片機的(dí)衝(chōng)頭的(dí)潔淨與(yǔ)保養：

1，可以(yǐ)用銅(tóng)絲刷(shuā)拋去(qù)衝(chōng)頭上(shàng)的(dí)粘(nián)附物後，再用(yòng)絨布粘少許(xǔ)研磨膏打光(guāng)片形麵(miàn)。不(bù)要(yào)用(yòng)鋼絲(sī)刷(shuā)拋，否則很容易劃(huá)傷(shāng)片(piàn)形(xíng)表(biǎo)麵(miàn)。

2，若(ruò)粘附物很(hěn)硬不好(hǎo)直(zhí)接去除(chú)時，可將衝(chōng)頭浸泡在(zài)熱(rè)水中數分鐘(zhōng)後，即可容(róng)易去掉粘附(fù)物，並及(jí)時(shí)擦(cā)幹(gān)水分(fēn)防(fáng)鏽(xiù)。

3，用戶(hù)處若(ruò)無車床時，好從市場上購(gòu)置衝模拋(pāo)光(guāng)機(jī)進行(háng)，價格也不(bù)貴。

壓片機工作(zuò)過程介紹：

1，利(lì)用(yòng)加料器向中模孔中填(tián)充藥(yào)物。

2，上(shàng)衝(chōng)的(dí)衝(chōng)頭部位(wèi)(其(qí)工作位置朝(zhāo)下(xià))自中(zhōng)模(mó)孔(kǒng)上(shàng)端落入中(zhōng)模孔，並下行(háng)一定行(háng)程(chéng)，將(jiāng)藥粉壓(yā)製(zhì)成(chéng)片(piàn)。

3，上衝提升(shēng)出孔(kǒng)。下衝上升(shēng)將藥(yào)片(piàn)頂(dǐng)出中(zhōng)模孔，完成一次壓片過(guò)程。

4，下衝(chōng)的衝頭(tóu)部位(其工作(zuò)位(wèi)置朝上)由中(zhōng)模孔下(xià)端(duān)伸入中模(mó)孔(kǒng)中，封住中(zhōng)模孔底。

5，下(xià)衝(chōng)降到(dào)原(yuán)位，準備下一次(cì)填(tián)充。
